Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unaltered.
Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns due to their customization.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at support@nightpawpatrol.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Label and Ship: Attach the provided label and ship the package according to the instructions provided in our response.
Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Products: If you need to exchange an item due to defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@nightpawpatrol.com.
Replacement: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged at no additional shipping cost to you.
Exceptions
Some items may be exempt from returns. These include sale items, clearance merchandise, and items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
